What Really Takes Place Behind Secret Pathways at Masterson’s Bar and Pub ?

Masterson’s Pub , nestled in the bustling area of Moonee Ponds , markets itself as a trendy “hipster” hangout , but my unfortunate encounter at this establishment became a nightmarish ordeal . While the bar may look welcoming at first glance , what I experienced behind its walls was appalling and beyond comprehension .

The State of the Venue : Squalid and Abandoned
From the moment I stepped inside , it was apparent that upkeep was not a priority at this venue. The floorboards were filthy, and a foul smell of stale beer and filthy restrooms suffused the entire pub. Reeking of a mixture of human waste, old age and sour vomit . The bar area , which should be the focal point of any pub, was overflowing with soiled cups and litter that looked like it hadn’t been touched in ages . The restroom was in even a more revolting state — spilling over , with a broken handle and surfaces marked in what I can only assume was human excrement .

It wasn’t just a single bad experience either. Based on the experiences shared online and talking to people around , it seems that the standard of sanitation (or lack thereof) at Masterson’s is a persistent problem . Many visitors have reported observing cockroaches darting across the counter and evidence of rodent infestations in the basement . For a business that serves drinks , these issues are entirely inappropriate and raise serious concerns about the quality of their offerings.

However, as horrifying as the state of the venue was, what truly made my experience at this place stand out for all the a post wrong reasons —was the behavior of its operators . Unfortunately, his reputation in the business community is clouded by a disturbing pattern of misconduct in his personal and business life .
